  1. NovaLink Pro Users & Nodes Upgrades...

Although the NovaLink Professional package base configuration includes three nodes (connections) and 20 NovaTerm users, you may wish to add more as your system expands. Note that NovaTerm users are not the number of users allowed on your system, but the number of users allowed to call in to your system using NovaTerm, our graphical user-interface for your system.

  5. The number of nodes depends on the number of lines coming in to your system, which is actually the number of  users who can use your system simultaneously.
